About
I'm a current professional ballet dancer in NYC! I have experience with assisting a dance convention/competition and grew up in a successful dance studio run by my family. While ballet is my main focus personally, I can also teach jazz and contemporary. If you want to improve your technical scores or just learn how to improve your dancing or aspects of your technique like turnout, lines, feet, turns, and/or jumping, then I'm your girl!
The best feeling in the world is when I can help someone make something "click"! It's always like, this light of joy and it makes me very happy and fulfilled when I can help others get closer to their goal.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess where they are with the very fundamentals of technique and help you improve many aspects of your dancing by strengthening key coordinations to make your dancing as effortless (or appearing as effortless) as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with Sheffield school of Dance and Mobile Ballet as a child, and assisted with Tremaine dance as a member of their national performance program while in high school. As a competitive dancer I was part of a team that regularly won at the regional and national levels, and with solo work I've achieved technical, acting/expression and overall awards. I've trained in the summers at Tremaine's intensive along with Break the Floor intensives on scholarships, as well as Northwest Florida Ballet, ABT, SLK ballet, and Bolshoi Ballet Academy. I'm currently a soloist with American Liberty Ballet and I am still continuing my own training in NYC.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Since I'm just starting out if you can provide the space then my current rate is 50/hr
How did you get started teaching?
I began at my family's school, I was immersed in a learning environment. I began assisting with younger classes and went on to co-choreographing routines, coaching solos for competition and pagents, and eventually had my own class on the schedule when I was 18. I drop in every once in a while to teach "master classes" and substitute classes for the school at American Liberty Ballet.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages! From very beginner 3-4 year olds to adult beginner and everyone in between of all levels.
