Talk with them to know what's their goal of dance, any dance or music classes expirence before, how long do they have to prepare for an event or socal dancing, what kind of dance or music they prefer.
Set a plamn with them, like how often and how long the classes should be to achive their goals.

I trained since I was 3 years old, started from classic Chinese dance. When I was 15 years old, I started to compete International Latin. Then I went to my Bachelor degree major in Arts of Dance. My master's degree is Arts Education in New York. I trained in Dance School for Ballet, Comtemporary, Mordern, Yoga, and Pilates for 18 months after I got my Master degree become I turned profersional competitor, and for dance and anything, I do belive there is no end to learn.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was competing 5 days before in Empire Dance Championships in Professional Rhythm. I meet a lot of old friends' students, they came from China to join this big event. And they got great results in under 18 years old groups. One of my student from Stony Brook University came to watch me compete. I introduced her to her more than 10 years roll model Slavik Krylyvyyk, who he is definetely one of best male dancer in the world. She was so excited and she enjoyed the comepetion very much.
