What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with ice breakers to open the space I put on some music and let them dance out whatever they feel and I study their body language. Then we spend a few minutes and talk talk about their goals and wishes in life and I teach them to use that to help them get to their goals and to express feelings. Dance is not just entertainment for others it's a form of expression. My first language is body language.
