What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 18 years of cooking under my chef hat. How does that benefit you? Well with training in the following Japanese, Mexican, Caribbean, South Asian you will be able to travel with just your palette. Not to mention cooking Soul Food mixture of African and American cuisine, Italian and Mediterranean. I am well versed in the culture connection around the globe. I believe that helps to blend flavors.
