I am a classically trained chef with 20 years of experience. I have taught at both Le cordon Bleu college of culinary arts and also at the college of southern Nevada. I have a culinary arts degree with a specialty in baking and pastry, breads and pastas. Let's cook or bake together.
I enjoy all aspects of creating fresh homemade meals and having them look professional at home. Trying new flavors and coming up with new unique creations to pass down through families. Learning about cultural diversity through food is also very exciting. I love to make delicious meals just out of what's in the fridge.
