Dink Cuisine creates original recipes for two to minimize food waste and maximize food taste. We believe that the key to reducing food waste is eating within our means. The average household (2020 US Census) is 2.53 people. It's time to recalibrate the home cook's culinary behavior from blindly cooking 4-6 servings to intentionally right sizing portions cooked to household size.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Any good consultant listens more than she speaks. Let's begin by figuring out what you're trying to fix, accomplish, or avoid. Is there a dish you want to master? An appliance that intimidates you? We'll make a plan to break down those barriers to increase your comfort level, one step at a time. Feeling confident, but want to take your skills to the next level? Let's make it happen!! I want to learn from you, as much as you hope to learn from me. Respect will be mutual; and you'll always be heard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Training field for 20 years, sales for 25 years, and cooking for 30 years. My culinary perspective is that of the home cook. A 100% Italian mother and a 100% French father inspired me to cook with 100% of my heart. Both sides owned restaurants, bars, bakeries, and even delivered moonshine during the Great Depression. My only stress is the realization that there are infinitely more recipes to discover than days to cook. Sharing what I've learned and taking on new kitchen challenges convinces me that I'm on the right path.
