Learn from a Culinary Institute of America retired chef graduate in the comfort of your home or mine. I’ve taught adult classes at Williams Sonoma to high school kids coming into my former pastry shop, to show them the inner workings of the back of the house. Was a lead instructor volunteer for Cooking Matters CO for about 4 years, which is a non-profit, and part of the No Kids Hungry program. These are very laid back classes with the purpose of you improving your kitchen skills one on one, and having a blast learning.
