Gluten Sugar Dairy Free LifeStyle
About
I had to become gluten, sugar, dairy and soy free for health reasons. I was a huge foodie and chef at the time and felt my world fall away to boring limited food choices. So I wrote the International Best Seller: Gluten Sugar Dairy Free a guide book to eating and living this way and have since published six cookbooks. I have been teaching cooking and lifestyle classes onine since then with the GSDF online community growing quickly. I began by recreating family favorite recipes ensuring that I use only familiar ingredients, the recipes are easy to make and they turn out great all the time. I have volunteer recipe testers that are home cooks all over the world test them out for me. I have created systems to plan and prep your food for the week in 2 hours and much more. I am an avid foodie and have studied cooking all over the world so I bring an international flair to food. I love helping people who feel limited find the abundace and those who feel overwhelmed learn the strategies.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Most students order my classes or programs off my websites. I have many to choose from. People that want to work with me in person should set up a phone call to discuss what is needed.
I spend time with my students to find out where they are stuck and customize my systems and recipes to adjust for their needs and lifestyles so that this becomes a healthy habit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended cooking schools in the United States, France, Mexico and Spain. I am also a professional life and wellness coach, motivational speaker, best selling author and cookbook author. Teaching and coaching are my passion!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
All my programs and classes are priced on my website. For in person teaching, please contact me.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching as a professional life and wellness coach for over 25 years. It was a natural progression to start teaching cooking and lifestyle classes. As I began to share my new recipes on line, I discovered so many people depended on convience and processed food and did not have basic cooking skills or knowledge so my GSDF Basics Program was born. I then started an online support group and created classes based on the needs of the group and that has grown.
What types of students have you worked with?
People who have to eat gluten, sugar, dairy free.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Saturday I taught a live class to the members of my 30-Day Clean Eating Program. I had taught planning and prep the week before and this week was how to make your own frozen food. During the class my students shared how much learning the prep and planning had help them and the changes they experienced! Some doubted they could do it but did! Those types of events happen often and they are why I do what I do. When someone tells me they are feeling better, they are enjoying their meals again and that they could make all their own food even when busy... that is joy for me!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your teacher can help you customize the plan and recipes for you so that it is easy for you. Make sure they use normal and familiar ingredients so that you can duplicate it in your home. It should be fun, so like your teacher!
