About
Having had the privilege and opportunity to be a chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu college in Las Vegas has given me a skill set that I feel sets me apart from other instructors. I have a large repertoire and a large sense of patience and understanding on all learning levels. I love to teach and I love food and to be able to do both is a blessing and a privilege that I am grateful for.
I mostly enjoy the ability to share with people what I love. I love watching the aha moment when people realize that they're capable of so much more in the kitchen than they once thought. I am proud to be part of that culinary journey and look forward to be part of yours.
