About
I have had the pleasure of performing on professional, college, community, high school and private stages. I have worked with local independent film for about 10 years and am well connected to the art scene in the area.
I have degrees in theatre and musical theatre and currently direct throughout the community. I also currently direct musical theatre at Reed High.
I am looking to find students that are ready to explore this incredible art form and help them achieve whatever it is your creative open minds can dream of.
There is so much to enjoy. I look at acting, directing and teaching as the ultimate happiness. I often say to my actors 'They call them plays because we get to go play for a couple hours out of our day. ENJOY IT'
It is a fascinating thing to say about such a serious art but that is what playing is. When we can pretend so hard it almost comes true. In the theatre and on the screen we get to pretend so hard that it becomes a reality for everyone else too.
