About me:
I am a 23-year-old MPH student at SUNY Albany, working part time as a dance instructor in Albany, NY. I have been dancing since I was 3 and teaching since I was 17. My goal is to share my love of dance with others while helping them to achieve their dance goals!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess their technique with a preliminary class- I also ask them about any previous dance training and what styles. I determine their level and speak with them on what they would like to get from my classes!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in Classical Ballet, Pointe, Pas de Deux, Modern (Horton, Graham, Cunningham), Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Character, some Ballroom since age 3.5 (Upstate NY, various)
Summer Intensives at American Academy of Ballet (NYC) and Ballet Met Columbus (Ohio)
New Hampshire- 2 years experience teaching dance, children 7-16
- solo and group dance work for competitions
SUNY Geneseo- Minor in Dance (Geneseo, NY)
Albany, NY- Currently teaching ages 13+
