About
I believe that my outgoing personality really helps to make my clients feel extremely comfortable with me. Also, my dedication and knowledge to the art form of dance. Receiving my BFA in Dance at SUNY Purchase College has completely expanded my knowledge in improving my own technique as well as having an understanding of the human body. I am certified in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) which is an innovative program for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in ballet.
I am very dedicated and enthusiastic about fitness. I have an instagram account called healthy_bitchezzzz which focuses on health & Wellness. I have a strong background in Pilates and I am currently pursuing my pilates certification. I am highly motivated in helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
I enjoy helping students. It brings me such pleasure when I can see a student of mine making improvements within themselves. I hope to always inspire and make them feel accomplished.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I begin with asking questions to get to know him/her a lot better and create a wonderful connection so that he/she feels comfortable! I ask questions such as "What are your goals?" or "What do you hope to achieve by the end of the year?" so that I can have a much better understanding on how to lay out my lesson planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been dancing since I was 4 years old so Dance is literally my whole life! I grew up training in all styles of dance at a competition studio in Miami, Florida called Stars Dance Studio. I attended an arts school both in middle and highschool then continued on to college to recieve a BFA in Dance.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching at about 17 at Stars Dance Studio in Miami, Florida. The directors let me teach and choreographer during the Summer Camps.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages and all levels.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice is to find a teacher you feel you can easily click and connect well with. The more comfortable you are with your teacher, the more questions and conversations you can have to help you reach your fullest potential. And of course, finding a teacher that you believe has the proper knowledge and understanding.
