About
I trained in Broadway dance center in NYC. I have done many live shows, TVs, films, music videos etc. I started teaching about 10 years ago started from adult Hip Hop classes then moved on to children's Hip Hop and street jazz classes. I love teaching them all! I love dancing and I love sharing my love of dance! I study different kinds of dance from Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary to Afrobeats, African, Soca, Dancehall and Latin. I'm surrounded to various cultures since I live in NYC and I have multi cultural family. I love to incorporate in my dance style.
I truly enjoy my work when I see my students are having great time and developing new skills. Also typically teaching children is not just about teaching dance steps. By being in dance class they break out their shells and being confident, social and be creative in their own unique way. In that way I love teaching children as much as teaching adults! Being able to share my passion is gift!
