I'm an Italian mom, I learned from my mum and grandma how to cook since I was kid, playing in the kitchen. I moved to New York in 2018 and in my kitchen you can feel the same atmosphere I have lived when I was child!
You can understand the Italian way to cook, not a receipt. And we can eat together the results of work done and comment on it.
The passion for cooking is in the blood veins and for an Italian woman it's easy and pleasure to do it and to share.
