Lea is not only an excellent and skilled teacher and coach..she is also a very caring person who is passionate about her work and clients. She is very knowledgeable and aware that everyBODY is different. She works with individuals tuning in to their specific needs.
Outside of her sessions she also walks the walk. I am so inspired by her lifestyle choices, from her biking all over town, composting waste, to the way she washes dishes while doing a hip stretch at the same time.
I've also been truly amazed watching her in her yoga work with children & elders.
When I've sought out her guidance, her approach has been gentle, effective, and inspiring. She continuously reminds me, and keeps me in check, about balancing gentleness with progressing towards the next level.
I highly recommend Lea to anyone!

I came in with my fiance unsure if we Evan wanted an organized wedding dance.But after one intro lesson with our teacher at Elegance In Dance,nothing more needed to be thought of or said.We signed up for there program on the spot and the process has been so much fun and easy.We highly recommend this school.We highly recommend there dance programs if you want your wedding dance done right sign up for one of there programs on the spot.It will be the best decision you could make about your wedding dance trust us.

Siri helped me to design a bespoke daily workout routine, that can be done at home and without any equipment (stretches, body weight exercises etc).
After trying it for a month, I feel more flexible, have more energy, and it has helped my strength in the gym.
Siri also helped me learn yoga, which helps to decompress and relax after a long day at work. Would highly recommend!

Phillip is a caring and excellent teacher for people of all ages and abilities. He is very knowledgeable in dance technique but is able break it down in ways that are easy to understand for people who are new to dance. His classes are challenging in the best way and I've improved in areas I didn't think I could at my age.
