What is your typical process for working with a new student?
An assessment of skill level will be discussed during initial phone conversation. Once pricing is negotiated, student May book an appointment with a deposit prior to session with a 48 hour no fee cancellation. During our first session, student will learn basic to moderate movement patterns based on skill level. If further lessons are requested, an individualized or group plan may be made to increase the workout level as needed.
