Dance Fire Studio
About
Dance Fire Studio & Fitness is truly one of a kind. From our unique atmosphere to our state-of-the-art wooden floors, everything was carefully thought through in order to give our customers the best possible experience.
Dance Fire Studio & Fitness was founded in 2017 by Natalia O’Connor. She took the Capital District by storm and after a few years of teaching independently she decided to open a state of the art studio that will deliver the highest level of dance instruction as well as a variety of fitness classes suited for everyone. All of our instructors are personable and fully experienced to teach dance & fitness at all levels. Whether your focus is learning some new moves, a wedding or an important event, or you’re just looking for a new way to work out and meet new people, you can find it all here.
I really enjoy giving people the confidence to feel confortable going out on the dance floor at a party on social function all while showing the some fun moves that they will remember a lifetime.
