Michael-John's Tennis Lessons

I am a tennis instructor originally from Curacao, a Caribbean Island. I have been playing tennis for over 16 years and have travelled and played many tournaments throughout my career. I trained at the ClubMed Tennis Academy in Port St. Lucie, Florida from age 15 to 18, and I try to implement a lot of their techniques and strategies as well as my own when giving my own lessons.

I am in my final year of college at St. John's University. During my time here, I played tennis for three years at the NCAA Division 1 level and received two consecutive Big East titles as well as bids into the NCAA tournament.

I am very passionate at what I do, and it is my goal to help my students improve and get to the next level. I work well with any age group, private or small group preferably. I like to focus on each player individually in order to get to know his/her strengths and weaknesses and build upon that.
