About
What sets me apart from other instructors is that I believe in the growth and development of self. I enjoying being the push for others because its something I always lacked. I combine different styles of dance and incorpate fitness. I am a army vet,was in marching band from middle school to college so being in shape is a lifestyle. I love working with people of all walks of life and connecting with them on higher levels of understandings.
I love working with children and passing along the things in life I learned to them. They are the future leaders so I want them to be able to freely express with out limitations.I really enjoy working with people who identify as non dancers or say they lack rhythm. With the right coaching, determination, and effort any one can dance. I can teach anyone a dance. Now once you master that your self discovery in dance begins

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first start off with and ice breaker to get them to feel comfortable then we move into exercises to warm up . Next we will do fun learn technques , for me to understand the students level of and learning capacity
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have danced with teams and solo as long as I been walking . I have also taught community dance teams and even a dance team at my university. I currently am the hip hop dance instructor at the Rainey institute foe the fine and performing arts

Classes are normally 20-25 hr for groups
Private lessons 15 hr
