My mission is to teach and promote a fun, safe and empowering atmosphere for anyone to come and enjoy the freedom of movement to music with the love and support of a community around them.
Dancing has been consistent in my life for over 30 years. Mixed in with choir, competitive gymnastics, show choir and collegiate cheerleading, rhythm and movement has always been my foundation.
I have been teaching, assisting and coaching for almost 15 years. I love helping in anyway I can.
