What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Instruction in the basics of drumming. All foundational aspects. This is for a student just beginning to learn. Basic Beats practice to a metronome as well as the five basic rudiments. These things I will emphasize first and foremost until I I get a better feel for what the student may be capable of learning Beyond this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Toledo Drum School 1999. Classroom as well as private lessons. Private lessons with another instructor for a few sessions also.
