Each student is different and have qualities that are unique. Students are placed with their age group accordingly. Some are eventually made mentors once shown leadership qualities in the class room.
The older peers will set an example and bring about positive influence by leading by example. This will help to bring about growth in the students confidence, dance technique, attitude, and goals.
Each student will encourage and motive one another to not give up but, to stick with their training in the class room and out of the class room as the instructor teaches. Self and Group motivation is very important to bring about success within the student.
