I am a deeply passionate professional Chef and Yoga instructor who has been helping people live and lead better, healthier lives through quality eating and meditation for well over thirteen (13) years.
I believe that with a healthy mind and body, we can be the change we wish to see in the world and this is why I seek out platforms to share my knowledge and help people heal themselves. I offer group and private classes for yoga, while also helping individuals, families and groups map out healthy meal plans.
I have a Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc) in Food & Food Service Management and an associate degree in Culinary Arts from the Johnson & Wales University.
