I wanted someone knowledgeable to create an exercise program to help meet get back into shape. Larry with Hegemony Training Corp responded to my inquiry very quickly. I like that he meets me at my gym so that I can repeat workouts on my own. He is professional, very encouraging, and keeps the workouts interesting. I am surprised at the difference having a trainer makes. I would definitely recommend Hegemony Training Corp.
