What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a phone consultion first with new clients to go over skill level, their personal taste and their gooking goals. Then I design a personalized lesson plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AS in Cullinary Arts and Hospitality Management, but I have been cooking my whole life. I have traveled extensively and worked in many kitchens around the world.
