With over 10 years' experience working as a professional actor on stage and screen in NYC, a graduate of the prestigious University of Miami BFA Acting Conservatory program, and a member of Actor's Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA, Katie McClellan's professional experience and passion to equip young aspiring actors with the tools they need to navigate this crazy industry can help even the least experienced of performers to grow and build confidence in their developing skills.
This is a tough business. Proper and sufficient support is imperative. I love being a source of that for young up and comers. The right combination of training, mental/emotional agility, and practical skills to navigate the industry is what seperates aspiring actors who are lacking in one area or the other, from those who strike the right balance of all three.
It's so fulfilling for me to help actors navigate their unique path, and discover their particular needs to reach their full potential. I've experienced (and continue to experience) the full spectrum of career ups and downs, and try to mine each and every one for learning opportunities that I can pass along to other actors.

As every student's needs are different, we'll start out with identifying what they'd like to work on - whether that be a specific casting coming up, college auditions, introductory technique, or just keeping their skills fresh. Following that, we'll lay out a game plan for subsequent sessions.
