About

I have a Unique combination of Expertise in Acting (Stage, Film), On Air Presentations (over 1,700/QVC Network), Voice Acting (Voice of Pennsylvania Lottery's "Gus The Groundhog) and prowess in writing.

My philosophy is on being real, always. To that end, I belive that preparation, presentation and improvisation are the keys. And Passion is the Master Key.

Acting Professionally since 1995 and Coaching speech/drama since 1989, I have years of experience both on camera, behind the microphone, on stage and on TV. Dozens of TV commercials, hundreds of live appearances on stage and TV and the coolest Voiceover Gig in Pennsylvania give me a unique set of skills and perspective which I have always loved sharing with my students.

Frequently asked questions

Upon first meeting, I ask the student what his/her desires and dreams are.   And then I tell them the truth; that if what they desire is to learn, to work hard, to grow and to have fun, then they will achieve "success."  Success is the enjoyment of the journey, of learning, of acheiveing greater understanding of oneself and the power of the spoken word and of silence.    I cannot promise bookings, accolades, awards or finanical success.   Those are results.  We don't control results.  We can only put ourselves in the best possible place to achieve success.

Bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University in English/W/a drama concentration.

27 years administrating and coaching the Nationally ranked Saint Joseph Univerisity's Speech/Drama Team, amassing dozens of individual, State and National Champions.

$60 per hour (oftentimes I run over and NEVER charge for the extra time).

For packages of five lessons, I give a 15 percent discount.  So if five lessons are purchased and paid for upfront, the cost will only be $255  of $300.

For packages of ten lessons, I give a 20 percent discount.  So if ten lessons are purchased and paid for up front, the cost will only be $400, instead of $500.

I competed in drama/speech in grade school.  Then in High school I began to work with grade school students.

In College I acted and coached high school students.

After college I acted and worked with High school and college students.

Then I started working with both children and adults.  I was the On-air Commercial Acting Teacher for several classes at the original Mike Lemon Casting.

Please see above.

The 30th Commercial I have done as the voice of "Gus the Groundhog" for the Pennsylvania Lottery has just aired.

I believe it was one of my best, challenging me to do almost all the lines in a very unique way and carry the whole commercial.

Read their profile.   Be sure they are not promising you things they cannot.

I promise you to give my best every time we work together and all I ask is that you do the same.  If we both do that, success will follow.
