I am an actress, writer, filmmaker, who has had an extensive career in these fields. I am excited to share my experience and insight into the world of this art form on all of these different levels.
I am the recipient of the Golden Trolley Award from the Media Film Festival as a filmmaker.

The thing I am most passionate about is communicating ideas thoughts feelings that can connect our humanity. Tapping into the authentic part of ourselves on every level and not being afraid to be what and who we are. I will help build confidence in my students by helping bridge what we are self conscious about into our strength!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I would get to know them, by asking questions about what they are drawn to in regards to acting. From there I would ask them to read a passage from their favorite book and ask what it is they like about the stories and character. It is a way to explore what they are drawn to or touched by in their world.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at the Lee Strasberg Institute
I am a member of the Actors Studio.
I have worked extensively as an actress in theatre, as well as voice overs. I have written plays and I now make films.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching about three years ago. I have worked with film students at Drexel University helping them as filmmakers as well as understanding themselves as actors.
I have worked with my contemparies on all sorts of projects.

Making my last film and seeing the actors experience all of the inner work we had created from the beginning.
Watching what I had written come alive on screen.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would reccomend that you find someone who doesnt teach at your student but helps them to find ways to learn their own tecnique, to help them to find their own authentic voice
