Carunchio Piano

Dan is my son’s piano teacher since he was 7 years old, now almost 7 years ago. He can engage with children of all ages but also keep the focus during the practice. I like it that Dan keeps learning himself through continued development. Dan holds two recitals a year where the students can demonstrate their talent in a harmonious way. For me as a parent, Dan is very pleasant and professional to work with.

My children have benefited tremendously from Dans musical instruction. His constructive, hands-on approach helps students really dive into the music and enjoy playing it. His positive and encouraging teaching style motivates students, and his many practical techniques help students at every level master difficult passages. I especially like his well-rounded approach to music — he encourages the student to listen to different musicians and to learn about composers and the times in which they lived.
