Spanish Lessons

Hola estudiantes! I am a native Spanish speaker born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I attended the University of Buenos Aires and received my bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from that institution. I have been teaching spanish in the US for more than 6 years !! I worked as a Human Resources Generalist and in charge of Recruitment processes in an very important and prestigious US Government entity. I have been speaking English throughout my entire life and have fluent command in reading, writing, listening and speaking the English language. Furthermore, my past position in a US Government entity in Buenos Aires and my experience here in the United States have developed my knowledge and understanding of American culture and communication.

Both the Spanish language and Latin culture are becoming more present in the United States. I truly love my culture and my language, so the opportunity to teach them to other people who are from a different background excites me. Since I am from Argentina, I will offer a unique perspective to the students on what life is like in South America. I will serve as an example for what it is like to listen to a native speaker and I will be able to evaluate student’s speech from the viewpoint of a native speaker.

I have a great appreciation for American culture and have several years of experience working with American teenagers and adults while working at the US Government entity in Buenos Aires.

I managed the Internship Program which gave students an opportunity to gain work experience and improved their Spanish skills like comprehension, reasoning, understanding , writing and speaking. They really enjoyed having their latin american experience.

Since my husband is American , I have been teaching him for almost six years and he is making progress. He is very happy and very excited in learning new words, expressions and idiomas and he is working very hard to become fluent in Spanish

I love to be a spanish tutor because I like to help others, transmit my knowledge and improve students communication skills. I also do think tutoring improves creativity and independence. Tutoring provides greater congruence between teacher and learner, improves academic performance and personal growth. Motivates self-paced and self-directed learning and fosters self esteem and self confidence.

I am very a passionate and hard working person and i believe that being a tutor in Spanish is a very rewarding and interesting experience for me and for my students. I am very patient, a good listener and I want to generate a relaxing teaching and learning environment and also create and keep a good and professional relationship with students.

I can teach spanish for beginners. intermediate and advanced students.

I can help with a simple homework, preparation for an exam and also teach and improve writing, reading, listening and speaking skills. I am willing to teach to either young people or adults.

I am very excited and happy to be a tutor and i am looking forward to hearing and meeting you and starting to teach and learn about the amazing Spanish language and latinamerican culture.
