What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask the indivudual if they have any health conditions that I need to be aware of. Evaluate what skills he/she processes and what they may want to develope.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
USNTA, PTR worksops, USTA Tennis official, NCCPT- Personal Trainer certified. Current First Aid and CPR. All Act 33 $ 34 clearences. RRCA certified Running coach
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is considered low, my objective is to help folks achieve over all balance with fitness and Tennis. $35 per hour/ Group lessons $45 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I began Playing tennis while I was prosueing my degree in excercise science and fell in love with the game. I became a certified personal trainer and wanted to include Tennis conditioning along side a Tennis instructor with the United States National Tennis Acadmey.
What types of students have you worked with?
children, adults, begginers and poeple that what to compete @ the tournement level
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone that is motivated by seeing his students improve and has the students goals in mind.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should ask the intructor are they flexable in there teaching practice so I can benifit from each and every lesson
