Forty years of experience in theater arts and public speaking.
Supporitive instructor. MFA in Theater Arts from Brandeis University; BA in Theater Arts from Bard Collge. Directed plays in New York City, Chicago, Boston and Providence.
Taught Acting in the 1990's and at Emerson Collge. Taught Screenwriting at URI. Received grants to direct/teach from the New York State Council on the Arts; the City of Chicago and The City of Cambridge.
There is no art form better in the world than live performance!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
This depends on the level of the student's experience. If they are new to performing, we will do a lot of fun, theater games. They first goal is to help the student become comfortable. If it is a more advanced student the work may include working on audition material.
