How did you get started teaching?
Matt is Worcester-born teaching artist and stage director. Signed by a Boston talent agent as a child, his original music received local and international radio airplay. While studying at Assumption University, he helped to produce and performed in large-scale musicals presented at the 2,300 seat Hanover Theatre in downtown Worcester, and graduated with degrees in Theatre/Media Studies and Psychology. He currently teaches and directs in the public and private education sectors, recently founding a community theatre for Apple Tree Arts, a non-profit in Grafton, MA.
