What I Teach:

Bio:

I am a lifelong musician with over 15 years of experience as a multi-intrumentalist, performer, recording artist, songwriter, and music producer. As a producer, I have produced and written on over 100 professionally released tracks, with numerous additional credits as an instrumentalist on other songs. Additionally, I have three years of teaching experience as a private instructor and group leader with students of all ages and skills ranging from beginner to high intermediate.

I understand that communicating through music is an innate human ability much akin to learning and speaking any language. And, much like learning a language, the most effective way to learn is through activity - by immersing one's self in the creation of music. It is therefore my ultimate goal to transport students from their current ability level to effortless fluency in their expression of the musical language through playing and making music. Teaching is my opportunity to take my insights, passions, and mistakes, and present them in a way that gets the student excited about the capabilities of their instrument and the possibility of unlocking and expanding the limits of their own unique creative expression.
