Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a musician that has lived in Nashville since 2018 with almost 20 years experience and a bachelor's degree in music education from Western Kentucky University. I am primarily a drummer/percussionist but I am also able to teach beginner level piano and music theory. I have taught and worked with all age groups and my number one goal is to make whatever it is you're trying to learn FUN. Otherwise, what's the point?

I loved working with Adam because of his patience during times I was confused during lessons. If there were ever times I was scratching my head, he was always able to deduce what I was doing wrong; and he taught me how to recognize and remedy the mistake moving forward. Not to mention, how he was able to call me out -when I clearly was not doing something right, while simultaneously having no idea that I wasnt doing whatever thing right- with professionalism and grace. I never felt like a dope. Although I was a student, I always felt like there was a sense of equal respect -and that he was always willing to pass the torch and pass his knowledge. So grateful I got to work with him, and Im so excited to work with him again in the future!
