Ballet On Wheels Dance School & Company, founded in 2001, is the first non-profit, pre-professional African American ballet school and dance company in Memphis, Tennessee. As a local youth dance school, they offer a wide range of classes in various dance forms, from ballet and creative movement to jazz, taught by professional instructors. With a strong mission to develop art education and appreciation, their diverse student body is exposed to self-discipline, creative expression, and performance exposure. They proudly identify as Black-owned and women-owned.
