I have over 15 years of professional dance teaching experience across school settings, studios, online, and community programs. I specialize in building technique, confidence, and self-expression through movement, while incorporating mental wellness into every session. I’m also the founder of Psych of Dance, a mindful movement program designed to help students grow emotionally and artistically—whether they are beginners, industry-bound, or simply dancing for joy. My experience extends from one-on-one coaching to full production sets in film, music videos, and live performance.

We are the only 5-time Rhythm couple in the DFW area. We specialize in American style Rhythm and Ballroom. We enjoy working with both social and competitive levels (ages 6 & up) as well as wedding couples and all choreography. Dancing is the best form of exercise for all ages and aides in keeping the mind youthful!

The founders take pride in their professional experience, including teaching at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the UT at Dallas. TangoAmor also provides performances for events and parties, and does not require students to enroll in pairs.
