About

As part of our acting classes, we teach passionate actors who are eager to learn how to perform using various types of acting methods. Choosing the right method helps students build their confidence and allows them to decide what works best for them.

Actors have found representation through our agency such as Spark Talent Agency, Linda McAlister Agency & The Linicomn Agency. We offer both in-person and virtual classes.

Founder Jeanette Greenwood enjoys working with inexperienced actors and watching them grow.

***Our facility is NOT handicap accessible and it requires you to take the stairs.

Our classes start in August 2023.

I really enjoyed working with here, I did not want the project we were working on to end. I respected her vision and how she went above and beyond to bring that vision to life. Her writing is excellent, and her coaching is exceptional. I have not been in acting in years and was so nervous about getting back into acting. She made the process easy and always gracefully reminded me that I could do this.

Jeanette truly knows how to pull talent from any actor. She challenges each of her students to reach for something they never knew was in them. To observe her in her element is amazing. She’s extremely engaging and knowledgeable. .

I have learned so many new things such as lingo, acting techniques, stage directions, how to audition, and so much more! Frequently asked questions

Because we all learn differently, I assess the needs of each of my student to ensure the information I provide will be effective in their learning process.  I want to make sure it registers.  I teach on a level that a 12-year old would understand and I make it fun enough that at 99 year old would enjoy.  I make new students comfortable not with me only, but they first must be comfortable with themselves.

I hold a Masters Degree in Adult Education & Training and have over 20 years of experience in the Performing Arts industry. From my formative years to adulthood, I worked with numerous performing arts organizations and received hands-on training from distinguished local vocal, and performing arts coaches. For two decades, I have been writing and directing plays, and have produced several successful productions. I've worked as a casting director, producer, and director for these productions. In 2015, I was honored with the title of "Playwright of the Year". The following year, I won a Telly Award for my casting direction for the non-profit PSA "Alliance For Children". I also served as Vice-President of Women in Film Dallas in 2017. In the same year, two of my clients were interviewed by NBC/Telemundo about the film "ALONE", which was written by one of my acting students and produced by me. The national coverage of my anti-bullying film earned me much acclaim. In 2017, another production of mine, the PSA short film "SARAH," received 2nd place in the Children Mental Health Awareness Creative Arts contest. If you want to know more about me, you can google me or visit my social media handles.

At 18, I began my career in teaching as a Daycare Teacher and later pursued a degree in teaching. In 2009, I discovered my passion for training when I wrote my first public stage play and coached untrained actors for the performance. The play was a tremendous success, and I realized that my true calling was to teach. Since then, I have been honing my skills in training and have never looked back. At 55 years old, I have a wealth of experience that I bring to every project.

I've worked with beginners and professionals of all ages and ethnicities.

We were on NBC Dallas News 4/18/19 talking about film "Den of Artists" a film I wrote about Peer Pressure.

I suggest you talk to them one on one for any questions you may have then ask if you can sit in on a class before you commit to hiring them.  Make sure you have chemistry that works together, because it requires work on both parts.

    1. What are your acting goals?

    2. How soon do you want to meet these goals?

    3. How much work do the STUDENT plan to put in?

    4. How much work will the TEACHER contribute.
