Seeing results from my students 65 years of playing and touring as a professional Drummer

I’ve been playing all my life, starting with Classical, Jazz and Latin at age 11 in New York City. While in NYC I played with likes of Dave Liebman, Bob Berg, Will Lee, Richard T, John Tropea, Michael Brecker. I teach (play) a method I created many years ago called “Hand Chasing”, which would the basis of my lessons. I do not wish to do 1/2 hour lessons.

I am of the opinion that everybody learns differently. What may work for one student, may notifier another. My lessons are one-on-one and are tailored to each student. My goal is to help my students learn, and have fun while doing it, so that they build the skills needed to enjoy music for a lifetime. I love seeing the light click on when a student, no matter what age or skill level, realizes they can do it. I taught Band for 29 years in Sinton ISD and Retired in May of this year. I know reside in Round Rock.
