About
Golf Instruction is my passion. As an All-American in College, PGA Tour player from 1998-2005 I've manage to successfully transfer my experience as a player to teaching the game at a very high level. I’ve been teaching the game since 2005 at the highest level, and whether you're a Junior player, beginner, intermediate, skilled or high caliber player...my goal is to analyze your ball flight and swing tendencies using video swing analysis technology, and 25 years as both a former PGA Tour player and now as a professional instructor to help you progress. Once a clear plan of development has been outlined, we will start the process of development using the correct training aids, incorporating drills with continued video feebdack.
Consistent development and improvement can be challenging for students, but those who work hard between lesson sessions tend to do well over time!
I have worked with Juniors, players of all abilities, NCAA college players V. Assistants coach / assistant coach 2018-2023 with the University of Texas) mini tour professionals, PGA Tour Professionals and Champions Tour professionals.
After playing for several years as a PGA TOUR player, European Tour and WEB.com..I started my Instruction career in 2005, then joined the PGA Tour Academy in 2007 as a staff Instructor. I started the PGA Tour Academy at TPC San Antonio in 2010 and became Head Teaching professional at the TOUR Academy TPC San Antonio in 2012 while gaining teacher of the year honors in 2014. I now teach private instruction and I am currently on the coaching staff with the University of Texas mens golf team in Austin, Texas who are #1 in the nation and are 2022 division 1 champions!!!
I guarantee success! ....and it will be FUN!
I really enjoy seeing development and improvement from my coaching and the students work ethic!
There is nothing better than getting feedback from satisfied students who email, text or call, who are excited about their ball striking improvements, or their improved shortgame finally producing lower scores, or they are finally adding some extra yardage through extra speed
