Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My goal is to create an enviroment where the student feels comfortable enough to take risks, get out of their comfort zone, for that is the only path to growth.
We do improv, scene study, monologues, camera techniques, learning to ask the right questions to create a believabe character, building moments all based on the Meisner technique, which is an inside out method.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional actress in both film and stage for over 30 years. Working on both sides of the camera as producer/director/screenwriter and have had agents in LA, Seattle, Canada, and Texas.
