I have over 15 years of professional dance teaching experience across school settings, studios, online, and community programs. I specialize in building technique, confidence, and self-expression through movement, while incorporating mental wellness into every session. I’m also the founder of Psych of Dance, a mindful movement program designed to help students grow emotionally and artistically—whether they are beginners, industry-bound, or simply dancing for joy. My experience extends from one-on-one coaching to full production sets in film, music videos, and live performance.

I work with students age 6-18, who would like to progress in their dance technique and/or need choreography for auditions or competition. Before the pandemic, I was the Artistic Director of Milah's School of Dance Academic Dance Conservatory for the career minded student age 8-16.
