Great coach, helped teach me a lot in the time I trained and when I said I was going into he military he made it a mission to prepare me for boot and everything I needed, in the time I went here I also dropped 110 pounds.

Cox has been his favorite trainer.He is very knowledgeable on which body parts he needs to work on. He helps him with his weaknesses. He is an excellent coach and I highly recommend him. Will allow my son to continue training with him
