Sheena’s Dance Academy has been energizing and entertaining Frisco for over 29 years offering the finest instruction to ages 2 ½ thru adults- beginner, intermediate, advanced, pre-professional, and professional dance levels- in classical ballet, pointe, jazz, hip hop, tap, lyrical, drill team, contemporary, musical theatre dance classes. Sheena's Dance Academy is the home and official training school of Frisco’s ballet company, The Frisco Ballet, a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization founded in 1999 under the direction of company founder, executive/artistic director, Ms. Sheena.

Students of all ages receive a dance experience that is always rewarding at Sheena’s Dance Academy, while also building self-esteem in the most timid and reluctant individual. Sheena's Dance Academy not only focuses on the present day of their students, but more importantly, focuses on the future of each student, guiding, progressing, and teaching every student so they are well rounded, truly knowledgable about all aspects and opportunities in the dance world, while helping them be the best they can be.
