What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Check and double check the background of any teacher you hire. There are a lot of “teachers” out there; however, very few professionals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
•On a scale of 1-10 what is your desire to learn the genre of dance for which you are requesting?
•What kind of time commitment are you willing to make? Rome wasn’t built in a day & we can’t turn you into Fred Astaire in one either! (Although we’ll try!!)
