About
I began my career at a young age with ballet and tap dance. I always had to be in the spotlight! Passionate about dance, I continued to learn the different genres of dance throughout my life. In high school I was a member of the dance team performing at half time shows for our sporting events, and participating in local parades. While in high school I modeled for a modeling agency and conducted fashion shows around the city and was featured in the local newspaper and on TV. I participated in competitive fashion shows and won 2nd place in Female Fashion Runway category at the Mike Beaty fashion conference in Dallas, TX (1995) competing against 600 other girls.
After high school, I wanted to incorporate the fitness aspect into my dance background so I bought a dance fitness franchise in 2005. While owning the franchise I performed at half time shows for the Houston Rockets basketball team. In Houston I took college courses but was undecided on my degree. In 2010 I received my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Science Management from The University of Phoenix. I have been teaching group exercise classes and motivating and empowering women for over 8 years, and absolutely love what I do. I can inspire you, while being inspired by you!
