I've been practicing boxing with Coach Tino and I can feel myself learning and growing physically and mentally. He will work with you at your pace but pushes you to reach that next step. Every practice I can do a little more than the last and I learn something new to incorporate every time. He takes real good care of his clients! He makes sure you are never overworking your muscles when using weights and machines. He even works alongside you to make sure you understand how to do the moves and that you have a good form to avoid injury.
