What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every actor is a unique individual. I choose material that highlights each student's strengths and interests and explores each actor's challenges. We can overcome these obstacles together.

How did you get started teaching?
after completing my undergraduate theatre studies and working as a professional actor, writer and singer, I felt the calling to serve in the classroom. I taught speech, theatre and musical theatre for 25 years before pursuing acting full time😇
What types of students have you worked with?
I have coached a variety of students from children to adults-- Naturally gifted to those who simply loved the Arts- including successful students with special needs. several of my past students are enjoying great success as working actors, writers and producers in New York and worldwide. At this exact moment I have a student auditioning for his CALLBACK for Broadway's Dear Evan Hansen and the upcoming tour of Hamilton in lead roles!❤️
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love world travel and make it a point to stay current on Broadway, off Broadway, off off Broady, regional and community and educational theatre.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Search for a teacher who has your unique and best interests in mind! In my opinion, you should seek a coach who is a WORKING professional actor.
