The experience working with Ruby/Glow Personal Training has been outstanding. Ruby is a thoughtful trainer with a great spirit. I'm inspired by her path and commitment to helping me to achieve the vision I held for myself. With her guidance, my body has changed!! and I've shifted to a lifestyle change. It's been three years since we started working together (since I moved) and I have maintained my weight effortlessly with a nice body composition. I know a lot of people gained weight during the pandemic, but I didn't. By the grace of God, because understand my body now, what it needs, how to nourish it and the basic activities I can do to keep it looking the way I want it to be.
