I have been playing volleyball and really almost all sports most of my life. Volleyball is definitely my passion. I have been running bootcamps for children and adults since 2018 and love seeing the progress each of them makes. I also coach volleyball for beginner level girls ages 11-12 and for 7th graders at a local school. I have access to a gym that will allow your athlete to get practice in a court setting. Mastermind training You come to the training session and you write down what you believe you need help with. Then you the trainee will write down the first 3-5 exercises your mind is telling you. While your doing that your trainer is going to write down 5-7 exercises he believes will gain you the most improvement in the fastest time. We compare both list and then we do all the exercises in timed interval depending on what you pay for.
